We offer In-Store Pickup every day of the week.
What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?
All orders received by 4:00 pm are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.
What happens if I place my order after 4:00 pm?
All In-Store Pickup orders placed after 4:00 pm will be available for pickup the following day after 11:00 am.
How long will it take to process my order?
In-Store Pickup orders are ready within 2 hours of the order being placed. You'll know when it's ready when you receive an email confirmation letting you know its ready for pickup. As soon as you receive this email, stop on over for your goods and we'll be happy to see you!
Where do I park for Curbside Pickup at the Portland store?
There are two dedicated parking spaces for our store: One on the corner of Alberta in front of our store, and one on NE 20th Ave on the side of our store. Look for the 10-minute customer parking sign with our logo. If those are not available, please park as close as you can and we'll find you!
I heard you offer a drive-thru at your Tigard location. How does that work?
Yes, we do! Simply, order online, choose "In-Store Pickup" for the Tigard location, and your order will be waiting in drive-thru. You never need to get out of your car! If you'd rather park and come in, that works too!
How much does In-Store Pickup cost?
There's no charge for this service.
Is there a minimum puchase requirement for In-Store Pickup?

How do I order?
All orders must be placed on our website www.tfspets.com. Please select In-Store Pickup and verify the store location during checkout.
Do my online orders qualify for any frequent buyer cards that I have?
Yes, we'll check every customer's order and add appropriate items to your frequent buyer cards.
Case discounts will be applied at time of ordering on same item cases (sorry, we do not have the ability to offer case discounts on mixed items at this time).

I want to order bulk cookies and I see that they are sold by the pound. Can I order less than pound?
Right now, the minimum amount sold is 16oz. Sorry if that's more than you were looking for, but we promise they will stay fresh for days, if not weeks to come, especially if you store them in an airtight container.
How do I order a pound of mixed flavors of bulk cookies?
Just choose one of the flavors you want and write in the notes at checkout of the other flavors and sizes of cookies you would like added! We'll do our best to get what your pup loves!
How do I return something purchased online?
All returns must be made in person at the store you made the purchase from. We'll be happy to make it right. Read our return policy here.
