Where is same day delivery offered?
Delivery is offered to residential street addresses within a 5-mile radius of each of our stores. Check your address here.
What days do you deliver?
Covid-19 Update: We have extended our delivery to 7 days a week, excluding major holidays (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Christmas Eve and Christmas Day).
What are your delivery hours?
Deliveries are Monday-Sunday, between 2:30PM and 9PM.*
What is the order cut-off for delivery in the same day?
Orders placed by 2PM will be delivered the same day.*
What if I place my order after the cut-off time?
Orders placed after 2PM, will be delivered the following, non-holiday weekday by 9PM.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery orders are charged a $5 delivery fee.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes. Our minimum delivery order is $25.
Does someone need to be home?
No. COVID-19 Update: We will not knock or ring the bell unless you have requested this at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has been delivered.
Do you deliver frozen raw products?
Yes. However, if you are not going to be home for your delivery, we require a cooler to be placed on the porch with ice, ice packs or dry ice. If a cooler is not supplied, we will leave the product. We are not responsible for raw products that thaw.
How do I order?
All orders must be placed on our website, tfspets.com. Please select HOME DELIVERY during checkout.
Do my frequent buyer cards and case discounts apply if I order online?
Yes!
Yes, we'll check every customer's order and add appropriate items to your frequent buyer cards.
Case discounts will be applied at time of ordering on same item cases (sorry, we do not have the ability to offer case discounts on mixed items at this time).
How do I return a product that was purchased online?
All returns must be made in person at the store you made the purchase from. We'll be happy to make it right. Read our return policy here.
I want to order bulk cookies and I see that they are sold by the pound. Can I order less than pound?
Right now, the minimum amount sold is 16oz. Sorry if that's more than you were looking for, but we promise they will stay fresh for days, if not weeks to come, especially if you store them in an airtight container.
How do I order a pound of mixed flavors of bulk cookies?
Just choose one of the flavors you want and write in the notes at checkout of the other flavors and sizes of cookies you would like added! We'll do our best to get what your pup loves!
*It will be rare, but there may be times when delivering on our dedicated days and times could be delayed due to weather or traffic issues. We will keep all delivery customers updated should there by any delays.
