What is Auto-Order?

Auto-Order allows you to have a standing order for your pet supplies so that you never run out!

What can I have on Auto-Order?

Everything available on our online store is available for Auto-Order.

Do I receive any discounts for having an Auto-Order?

Yes! You will receive a 10% discount on your first order and 5% on all other orders! With our everyday low pricing and same sku case discounts on cans, the extra 5% will really add extra value to your orders (and pocket book).

Will my frequent buyer programs be updated if I do Auto-Order?

Yes, absolutely!

I know I'm on my free bag of (food, treats, etc.) and my Auto-Order charged my credit card for it. How come?

At this time, our Auto-Order system won't know when it's your free item, but we will know when we complete your online purchase on our end. You will always receive a refund when it's your free item day, we promise!

How do I sign up?

Start shopping online and check "Yes, auto-order & save" when checking out. Once you paid for the first order, go in to your account and choose "Manage Auto-Order". The default is every week, so if you don't want your Auto-Order every week, make sure you choose how often.

Can I make changes to my Auto-Order?

Yes, you can add or delete items. You can change the frequency, pause or cancel it anytime. 

Help, I'm out of food and need my Auto-Order items early, what do I do?

This actually happens a lot! Not to worry. Simply log in to your account and go to "Manage Auto-Orders". Find the Auto-Order you need to update and choose "Order Now" on the top right corner. Your order will be processed and filled as soon as possible. Make sure you check for the confirmation email from us that it's ready for pickup or on it's way for delivery

Can I have Auto-Order for Deliveries?

Yes, absolutely!

Can I have Auto-Orders for In-Store Pickup?

Yes, of course!

What if I want to change my Auto-Order from In-Store Pickup to Delivery or visa versa?

Sorry, right now you will need to cancel your Auto-Order and begin a new one. Luckily, it only takes a couple of minutes!

How do I change my credit card being used for my Auto-Order?

You will need to add your new credit card to "Manage Cards" in "My Profile". Click "Default for card payments" box  when adding new card information.

I want to order bulk cookies and I see that they are sold by the pound. Can I order less than pound?

Right now, the minimum amount sold is 16oz. Sorry if that's more than you were looking for, but we promise they will stay fresh for days, if not weeks to come, especially if you store them in an airtight container. 

How do I order a pound of mixed flavors of bulk cookies?

Just choose one of the flavors you want and write in the notes at checkout of the other flavors and sizes of cookies you would like added! We'll do our best to get what your pup loves!

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be made in person at the store you made the purchase from. We'll be happy to make it right. Read our return policy here.
